When I first met Jim I was on my second agent who was not a good representation of a so-called "top of the line" luxury rep. Luckily, I met Jim through an acquaintance because I was in dire need of help! My estate was on the market for sixteen months and I was on the verge of letting the bank take it, which would have cost me: my credit, a million dollars, and my spirit. So, I said to the acquaintance, "Sure I will meet Jim." I highly believed it was going to be a waste of my time considering I supposedly had two top agents already working toward a huge commission. My first appointment with Jim was set at my house for 9:00AM and Jim was exactly on time; which was nice due to my busy schedule. We met and Jim gave me his spiel, which was similar to the rest but two different things caught my attention: one was a glimmer in his eye, and the second was his passion/sincerity. I grew up blue collar and I know the guys with the hard work ethics, and I could tell that Jim was one of the hard to find hardworking good guys! Lucky for me my senses proved correct. I later found out that Jim was in the computer business thirty years prior, and has obviously stayed current with the progress of search engine optimization (SEO) and keywords for marketing on the Internet. This was vital, because as we all know the Internet covers the globe! Another valuable fact about Jim was that whenever I called Jim he answered the phone, and if he was busy he called me back within the hour, not two days later. This to me was a sign of respect, and where I come from that's very important! Jim had told me when we met that he will not take on more properties than he can handle. His idea is that he wants to make sure he can service his clients properly, and get their property sold. That very thing is exactly what Jim did!!! He worked tirelessly on getting my estate sold. I remember Jim even helped me move some furniture out that I didn't want to sell with the estate, and he let me store it at his house!!! Where do you find an agent like that? The final conclusion was that Jim sold my estate, and made me more money than I expected. He made the whole process easy on me, and he basically saved my life. The whole experience was almost like some sort of divine intervention, like an Angel was sent to me! I have bought and sold numerous high priced properties throughout my 44 years, and I have NEVER had the privilege of working with a real estate agent as fine as Jim Gibson!

Jim Gibson is a very good Realtor. He has sold two listings in the Roswell area for me in a timely manner, usually less than a month after listing. He is very professional and knows his business. I would use him again for sure, and this is coming from an X-builder who has had many dealing with Realtors.

The first time we visited the home it was raining and dreary and we didn’t think that it would be a good fit for us. We  had for the most part ruled it out as a possibility after seeing it. Over the weekend we spent a lot of time looking at the website and forwarding it to friends and relatives to get their feedback on the property. It was incredibly detailed with photos or every room arranged by subcategory (much better than a slideshow where you can’t tell where in the house the room is), video of the nearby shopping center, floor plans, aerial video, links to schools as well as information about the nearby park. We were able to use all of that information to assuage some of our doubts about the property as well as be reminded of features that we hadn’t noticed at first. We’ve referred to it throughout the entire purchase process from our decision to  for a second look to after the sale was completed.
