Drywall guys will know what this is. It is a lift to allow ONE guy to set a 4x8 sheet of drywall on it, flip it horizonital and raise it up to place on a 10' ceiling with pressure to allow it to be screwed in place.

I have a pile of technology that was in use before I replaced it over time. All of it probably works but is outdated. Some of it is still new in the box. The computers will not have their drives but drives are cheap to replace. Again, Most (maybe all) of the items in this photo go but I reserve the right to exclude an item here and there that got in the wrong pile.

M38 Military Jeep

Yes, this is my Jeep - I bought it decades ago and it's been in storage for all that time. The odemeter says 16,000 miles - I believe it. It was disassembled, sand blasted and primed to stop any additional rust. It's a simple vehicle and would be a terrific project. It can be seen at my home anytime you want to come see it. I'll consider selling the trailer as well since I built it specifically for the Jeep.
A quick survey of restored Jeeps of this age (I found 10) had a price range from $12,000 to $30,000 - averaging $22,099. What will your fully restored Jeep be worth? It depends on the quality of your work. I can tell you that there is a ton of resources available for you on line and in military vehicle clubs such as MVPA - a local branch that meets in Marietta, Georgia every month.
This is a 1998 Pace Arrow 34' Motorhome in process of renovation. It has a new TPO one piece roof (used on commercial flat roofs, one piece, warranted for 30 years)
Two new Dometic air conditioners that were installed physically but not electrically yet as we didn't want to put the old air conditioners back in place only to remove them later.
All new vents and skylights
New Interior - New carpet and linoleum. It does have awnings (not currently installed - a 5000 KW Onan Generator - 64,000 miles on it.
I used to be a RV dealer in one of my past lives and have, probably, nearly 100,000 miles of travel in my previous motorhomes. It is an absolute joy to travel this way.
Decals have been removed so that you can put a new vinyl wrap of your own design on it.
By the way, a new one with roughly the same specs are about $160,000
