Upgrade Your Technology and It's Tax Deductable!!!!
This is an iMac 27" with extra 32 gig of RAM and a 1TB drive. Includes keyboard and mouse AND TWO additional 27" monitors to create all this screen space. Yes, you can move a window across this whole space! Stop having to dig down through windows looking for that hidden window! The two extra monitors are about 10 years old. They are Apple monitors that I paid $1,000 each for them. Great for data but not perfect for photo work but the main Mac screen is great! They are both included in this sale at $1 each.
This is a great computer to do what we agents normally do - Internet, spreadsheets, tax records, AppFiles, looking at all those new listing photos and videos all visible at the same time!!!!
This was my computer until I recently upgraded to my new Mac Daddy Studio. I do a lot of videos using Final Cut Pro and I'm trying to sort out thousands of my family photos and videos - I'm guessing I may have over 100,000 and I needed LOTS more power.
Time To Get A Mac!
iPhone 12 Pro Max
This was my iPhone Pro Max with 256 gig memory for storing lots of photos and videos. My original cost was $1,292. Frankly, I'm not seeing a lot of difference between it and my new iPhone 14 Pro Max - although it does have a neat feature on it's video that most people will not use. The camera on this iPhone 12 is SOooooo good. You! can take great twilight photos of your homes and avoid that additional pro-photographer cost. Really! You will be amazed! Includes leather case with some wear that holds business and credit cards.

Lots of Old Technology
Great For Kids To Learn
I have a pile of technology that was in use before I replaced it over time. All of it probably works but is outdated. Some of it is still new in the box. The computers will not have their drives but drives are cheap to replace. Again, Most (maybe all) of the items in this photo go but I reserve the right to exclude an item here and there that got in the wrong pile.
M38 Military Jeep
Yes, this is my Jeep - I bought it decades ago and it's been in storage for all that time. The odemeter says 16,000 miles - I believe it. It was disassembled, sand blasted and primed to stop any additional rust. It's a simple vehicle and would be a terrific project. It can be seen at my home anytime you want to come see it. I'll consider selling the trailer as well since I built it specifically for the Jeep.
A quick survey of restored Jeeps of this age (I found 10) had a price range from $12,000 to $30,000 - averaging $22,099. What will your fully restored Jeep be worth? It depends on the quality of your work. I can tell you that there is a ton of resources available for you on line and in military vehicle clubs such as MVPA - a local branch that meets in Marietta, Georgia every month.
This is a 1998 Pace Arrow 34' Motorhome in process of renovation. It has a new TPO one piece roof (used on commercial flat roofs, one piece, warranted for 30 years)
Two new Dometic air conditioners that were installed physically but not electrically yet as we didn't want to put the old air conditioners back in place only to remove them later.
All new vents and skylights
New Interior - New carpet and linoleum. It does have awnings (not currently installed - a 5000 KW Onan Generator - 64,000 miles on it.
I used to be a RV dealer in one of my past lives and have, probably, nearly 100,000 miles of travel in my previous motorhomes. It is an absolute joy to travel this way.
Decals have been removed so that you can put a new vinyl wrap of your own design on it.
By the way, a new one with roughly the same specs are about $160,000
