•  Swimming Pool

This is a large pool with a depth at the deep end of approximately 9 1/2 feet. It measures approximately 37 feet long and 17 feet at its widest. It is a gunite, salt water and heated pool with a concrete large surround. It does have a built in spa. The pool doesn't leak and all equipment seems to work. The pool appears to be about due for a resurfacing.
