I’m selling because I can’t complete the renovation due to health and energy limitations, and we won’t be able to use the coach even if finished. I bought it knowing exactly what I was getting into—I’m a former RV dealer and my wife and I traveled the U.S. for over a year in our own motorhome—so the upgrades were done with the right priorities in mind. You’re getting a major head start with a new TPO roof (vents/components included), new upholstery and flooring, two new A/C units, and many additional repairs and replacements. I will sell it below what I have in it. Just want it off my plate.

All the original decals were removed with the intent of doing a "vinyl wrap" with a design to disguise the original look of the motorhome.

Here is an EXAMPLE of a proposed wrap by my preferred real estate sign vendor

Now this updated look gives you a nice fresh face for your motorhome. He can do ANY design you want.

Note the full awning in addition to the 3 other awnings over the other windows.

Ladder to the roof that is strong enough go give you a great vantage point of some event.

Also, hard to see, but there is a trailer hitch.

In the past people pulled a vehicle to have for local transportation. Not necessary now with Uber. BUT, you may want to tow a boat or several motorcycles or an ATV.

New commercial-grade 60 mil TPO roof: Heavier-gauge TPO sourced from a commercial roofer supplier. Installed as a single 10’ x 40’ sheet, fully glued down, then cut to fit—No seams!

Commercial roofing materials are designed for long service life and weather exposure. Manufacturers will normally give a 20 year warranty. Typical RV warranty is 12 years. FYI, this is for your reference only there is no warranty on this TPO. Note: RV dealers will charge you about $7,500+ for this roof replacement.

New upholstery on all chairs, cushions. Also, new carpet and flooring throughout.

Note: None of the appliances have been replaced. That is always the last thing you want to do. Be on the lookout for a newer motorhome or large travel trailer that has been in an accident. The appliances in that coach can be purchased for way less than new.

Yes, a full bathroom with tub and shower as well as a sink and toilet. Of course, there is a water heater. And a skylight for additional heat & light

These are two new Dometic 13,500 air conditioners. Note these were mechanically installed with the new roof to just plug the two holes from the previous air conditioners. They are not wired in yet.

Not shown, the coach has three hydrdaulic pedestals for leveling. The operation of them is unknown. Just have a problem working in a position it would take for me to evaluate.

It should be an easy project to finish if you are considered "Handy".

Note: This is a NEW mattress, unused and sill in it's plastic bag. This bedroom has a lot of storage! Even the bed lifts up for more storage under the mattress.

5,500 KW generator to supply electrical power for AC's on the road or any other appliance. Pulls gasoline from main tank.

It appears it only has about 800 hours of use.

Summary

Summary

To give you an idea, I asked ChatGPT what a NEW and comparably equipped motorhome would be priced at today.

If one purchased a NEW and equally equipped motorhome compared to this coach, the price would be anywhere from $148,000 to $165,000.

I am asking $24,900 (OBO)

Perfect for a hands-on buyer who wants a 34’ Class A with the big upgrades already in place — roof, A/C hardware, and interior finishes — and who’s comfortable completing final wiring/finish details and choosing their own exterior wrap design. You get a major head start and the freedom to personalize the final look.
